1. Digital Products Policy
Because all products offered on Numbers and Beyond are digital downloadable PDF files delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once download access is provided.
2. Replacement & Defect Guarantee
We stand 100% behind the quality of our educational content. If you experience any of the following issues:
- A corrupted or unopenable PDF file
- A broken or non-functioning download link
- An accidental duplicate payment/charge for the same order
Please notify our support team within 7 days of purchase. In the case of duplicate charges, an immediate refund will be initiated back to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days). For file delivery or corruption issues, our support team will manually re-send verified PDF copies directly to your email address or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
